My Non-date

So i downgraded from what was suppose to be a "fancy" dinner (Sam told me to dress nice), to a non fancy dinner - since i didn't bring any nice clothes home with me, and eventually i managed to scale the date down to just a movie. The plan was to get there early and buy a ticket but i ended up being right on time so he bought two tickets (what annoys me most is that it was at market fair and i could have gotten a student ticket, and also i didn't get a ticket stub and i save all of mine!) and i paid for snacks - except i don't normally buy snacks so i ended up getting a snack that i wouldn't have normally had so that it wasn't awkward. And Sam ended up just buying a bottle of water, so it was like he even really got a snack. We saw "Zodiac" which would have made an excellent book on tape, but was kinda long for a movie. And there wasn't quite enough action to keep you really entertained. I don't know. I think my mom would like it. Everyone kept their hands to themselves and it was pretty non-eventful. Afterwards he invited me to get a drink at Friday's (which is in the same complex as the movie theater) but i declined saying i had to work on my Titian paper. (Which i do need to work on but probably won't tonight) And Sam actually has a real job now so he needed to be up at 5am anyway, so like really he needed to go to bed.

Karrie got her wisdom teeth out today. I hope that went well. I wish i knew what her favorite flavor of Ben and Jerry's was so i could buy it for her and bring her some ice cream. but i don't. Oh well. She is suppose to call me when she feels like doing something.

Sorry that I haven't been leaving more comments, but it is hard on the road. I promise to comment consistently when I'm in Munich! I have to catch the train in an hour, so I'll make this quick. First, thanks for all of the advice about Venice. The colored house place sounds really cool. Secondly, don't worry about the underwear thing - animals do that. Kendra once had ANTS eat all of the crotches of her underwear. A mouse doesn't seem too bad in comparison to me. Also, good to hear that the Sam thing wasn't too awkward. Boys are weird. Ciao, bella!
